A male patient in his 70s underwent a right lobectomy because of a hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)located in the right lobe(S6)of his liver. Eleven months after surgery, contrast-enhanced CT showed multiple masses in the residual liver, which were diagnosed as HCC recurrence.
