Squamous Metaplasia of the Stomach Associated with Lymphoma Infiltration

We herein report a patient who presented with follicular lymphoma. Although the stomach was initially intact, mucosal redness and multiple erosions appeared in the gastric body owing to infiltration of the follicular lymphoma cells.
