Abstract
Antisynthetase syndrome (ASSD) is a rare multisystemic connective tissue disease affecting the skin, joints, muscles, and lungs, characterized by anti-aminoacyl transfer-RNA-synthetases (anti-tRNA) autoantibodies production, being anti-Jo1 the most frequent.
