Abstract
Ten metal complexes of Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+ were synthesized by two novel Schiff bases derived from condensation of m-pthalaldehyde with 4-amino benzoic acid and isonicotinic hydrazide. The as-synthesized metal complexes were characterized and explored by different spectroscopic techniques.
