• Immune reconstitution is rapid following TCRαβ/CD19-depleted HCT for hematologic malignancies. • The low rate of chronic GHVD and absence of post-HCT immune suppression contribute to rapid immune recovery. • Immune reconstitution is not affected by haploidentical versus unrelated donor source, conditioning regimen, or TCRαβ+ T cell dose. • Viral reactivation is common in the first 100 days post-HCT, although symptomatic disease is rare....
