Abstract
A 15-year-old patient with B-lymphoblastic leukemia developed pulmonary mucormycosis. As severe immunosuppression due to chemotherapy was considered inevitable, emergency surgery was recommended. To minimize surgical invasiveness and reduce the risk of secondary infection, uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed.
