Abstract
The study presents a frictional analysis on woven and unidirectional glass fibre-reinforced epoxy composite materials, fabricated using vacuum infusion method at varying hardener/resin ratio. Tensile tests are conducted using a universal testing machine to determine the tensile modulus of elasticity for the tested materials while frictional characteristics of the these materials are measured using a pin-on-disk tribometer.
