Abstract
Five non-polar phloroglucinol derivatives, viz. pseudo-aspidin, α-kosin and agripinol A-C were isolated and purified from Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb by semi-preparative counter-current chromatography. The separation was performed by a two-step elution with non-aqueous solvent systems.
