Resistin is co-secreted with adiponectin in white mouse adipocytes

In the current work we have investigated the cellular and molecular regulation of resistin secretion in cultured and primary mouse adipocytes. Resistin is an adipose tissue hormone proposed to contribute to metabolic disease.
