Abstract
A simple, sensitive and efficient solid-phase extraction method, combined with ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-charged aerosol detection, was applied to the pre-concentration and determination of four triterpenoid saponins from Pulsatilla chinensis (P. chinensis) ultrasound extract samples.
