Introduction: Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with amyloid light chain (AL) amyloidosis. Current prognostic evaluation in AL cardiomyopathy (AL-CM) largely relies upon disparate proxy measurements to assess mortality.
