Abstract
BACKGROUND Waldenström Macroglobulinaemia (WM) is an indolent, IgM-producing lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL) that infiltrates bone marrow (BM) and other tissues. Only symptomatic patients (with IgM-related complications, cytopenias, constitutional symptoms, bulky extramedullary disease) require treatment.
