Imaging-based prostate cancer screening among BRCA mutation carriers—results from the first round of screening

•We report the first round of a PCa screening study among male BRCA carriers.•We used two novel screening strategies: age-stratified PSA and MRI.•We found a high rate of PCa among BRCA carriers (8.5%).
