Abstract
Background Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a rare neurological condition with many associated risk factors. The presentation varies and consists of seizures, impaired visual acuity or visual field deficits, disorders of consciousness, headaches, confusion and focal neurological deficits.
