Abstract
Antimicrobial poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) hydrogels attracted much attentions in the last decade. In this work, a novel antimicrobial PVA hydrogel was prepared through compounding PVA with polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (PHMG) and freezing-thawing method.
