Abstract
In this study, the authors examined the effects of the “Workplace Health Promotion Program” (WHPP) on pain, fatigue, stress, professional quality of life (Pro-QoL), and coping skills for nurses. The authors conducted a randomized control trial in 30 nurses who agreed to participate in this study.
