Abstract
Children with constitutional mismatch repair deficiency syndrome (CMMRDS) are prone to different types of cancers. A 16-year-old girl who was misdiagnosed with neurofibromatosis Type-I (NF-I) for 1 years had experienced glioblastoma and colonic adenocarcinoma.
