Abstract
Alkaline phosphatase (ALP), biomineralization promoting enzyme, was immobilized in halloysite (HAL) nanotubes and used as a bioactive component of the chitosan (CH) and chitosan-collagen (C-CH) hydrogel scaffolds for bone regeneration.
