Inflammatory olfactory neuropathy in two patients with COVID-19

We report two cases of olfactory neuropathy diagnosed at autopsy in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. One patient experienced anosmia.
