Abstract
The differential diagnoses for preauricular swellings include dermoid cyst, lymph nodes, lipoma, nerve sheath tumours, parotid swelling, mastoiditis, vascular malformations and arterio-venous fistulas aneurysms/pseudoaneurysms.
