Abstract
This work presents an experimental and numerical study of process-induced deformation (PID) in flat sandwich panels with in-homogeneous ply layups. An over-expanded Nomex honeycomb core and aerospace-grade prepreg was used to manufacture sandwich panels using the autoclave technique.
