Abstract
Background: Gender bias and sexual misconduct exist in plastic surgery training. We aim to characterize the current status through a national survey. Methods: Plastic surgery trainees during the 2018-2019 academic year were surveyed. Survey was based on previously administered surveys regarding sexual harassment and resident wellness.
