Abstract
A 79-year-old man without a history of diabetes underwent orchiectomy for prostate cancer. Eight months after the operation, he suffered severe deterioration of visceral fat deposition, fatty liver and diabetes. Treatment for diabetes with canagliflozin and dulaglutide resulted in improvement in his glycemic control, visceral fat and fatty liver.
