Abstract
Background Hepatobiliary phase (HBP) hypointense nodules without arterial phase hyperenhancement (APHE) at gadoxetic acid–enhanced MRI may indicate hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or nonmalignant cirrhosis-associated nodules.
