Abstract
Al-doped HfO2 nanoparticles were prepared at room-temperature using a novel one-step, straightforward, high-yield, efficient and green process. It includes a mechanically activated metathesis reaction that promotes the direct crystallization of cubic HfO2 (c-HfO2) in milling.
