Abstract
A 42 year-old man presented with upper gastrointestinal bleeding secondary to a 20mm fundic subepithelial lesion. Hemostasis was achieved with conventional endoscopic treatment. Endoscopic ultrasound showed a submucosal lesion, so endoscopic resection was decided.
