Abstract
Hydroxyapatite whiskers (HAp-Ws) and magnesium-substituted hydroxyapatite whiskers (Mg-HAp-Ws) with 1, 3, and 5 mol% magnesium (Mg) ion substitution contents were successfully prepared by the hydrothermal method.
