Effect of Sleeve Gastrectomy on Bone Metabolism and Serum 5-Hydroxytryptamine in Obese Rats

BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that bariatric surgery, such as sleeve gastrectomy (SG), has an adverse effect on bone, including decreased bone mineral density (BMD) and bone metabolism.
