Abstract
In this work, a double site stabilizing cobalt-based perovskite strategy is proposed to enable the feasibility of the oxygen separation membrane. In order to achieve the excellent material stability, the inherently robust lead and tungsten were selected to stabilize cobalt-containing perovskite, respectively.
