Abstract
We developed a stromal cell-derived factor-1 alpha (SDF-1α)-aligned silk fibroin (SF)/three-dimensional porous bladder acellular matrix graft (3D-BAMG) composite scaffold for long-section ventral urethral regeneration and repair in vivo.
