We quantified the transport and transformation of Cd in historically contaminated soil (OS) and artificially contaminated soil (NS), treated with 3% (w/w) rice straw biochar prepared at 400 °C (BC400) and 700 °C (BC700) under combined dry-wet and freeze-thaw cycles for 72 days simulating the natural aging process of 8 years.
