Abstract
An 11 yr old female spayed shih tzu was referred for treatment of left ureterolithiasis with complete obstruction of the left ureter and pyonephrosis. A ureteral stent was placed surgically to relieve the obstruction and pyonephrosis was treated with antibiotics.
