Abstract
In this study, we investigated the effect of cobalt doping on band alignment and the performance of nanostructured ZnO/CuO heterojunction solar cells. ZnO nanorods and CuO nanostructures were fabricated by a low-temperature and cost-effective chemical bath deposition technique.
