Abstract
Anti-D immunoglobulin (Anti-D Ig) prophylaxis prevents haemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn. Monoclonal IgG anti-Ds (mAb-Ds) would enable unlimited supplies but have differed in efficacy in FcγRIIIa-mediated ADCC assays and clinical trials.
