Stratospheric Ozone Changes From Explosive Tropical Volcanoes: Modeling and Ice Core Constraints

Major tropical volcanic eruptions have emitted large quantities of stratospheric sulfate and are potential sources of stratospheric chlorine although this is less well constrained by observations.
