Abstract
Bagasse fiber which is abundantly available as waste after processing of sugarcane is used as reinforcement with an epoxy polymer in forming the natural fiber reinforced composites. The raw fibers were treated chemically to improve compatibility and adhesion with the epoxy polymer.
