Abstract
Purpose To develop a non‐invasive drug delivery system based on superparamagnetic nanoparticles (NP) for the treatment of retinal degeneration on Bardet‐Biedl syndrome (BBS). The delivery system will be used to deliver two small molecules, valproic acid (VPA) and Guanabenz (GBZ).
