Abstract
Selected fatty acid (FA) contents and their groups were determined in milk fat of two cattle (Czech Fleckvieh, Holstein) and two goats’ (Brown Shorthair, Anglo-Nubian) breeds. Goat fat in comparison with cow fat showed higher proportion of volatile FA (14.9–15.6% and 8.4% from total FA, respectively), and lower proportion of C16:0 (25.6–26.8% and 30.7–31.5%, respectively).
