Optical graphene quantum dots gas sensors: experimental study
Abstract
We present a room temperature Graphene Quantum Dots (GQDs) based optical gas sensor for carbon dioxide gas detection. GQDs were prepared by a hydrothermal method and deposited on a quartz substrate using a drop-casting technique. The size of synthesized GQDs is in the range of 10 to 20 nm.
