Abstract
Background: Iatrogenic lumbar pseudomeningoceles are an uncommon complication of lumbar spinal surgeries. This pathology is an extradural, encapsulated, and cerebrospinal fluid collection which develops as a consequence of an inadvertent, unrepaired dural tear.
