Infrared biomarkers of impaired cystic fibrosis transmembrane regulator protein biogenesis

The mid‐infrared (IR) spectra of human cystic fibrosis (CF) cells acquired by Fourier transform infrared microspectroscopy were compared with those of non‐CF cells.
