Abstract
The flavour difference and other quality indicators among five popular apple varieties (‘Ralls’, ‘Jonagold’, ‘Orin’, ‘Indo’, and ‘Hanfu’) were evaluated mainly using electronic nose and electronic tongue coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME/GC–MS).
