Abstract
Inspired by naturally occurring host defense peptides, cationic amphipathic peptoids provide a promising scaffold for anti-cancer therapeutics. Herein, we report a library of peptide-peptoid hybrid prodrugs that can be selectively activated by prostate cancer cells.
