Abstract
Purpose: Although extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) is highly responsive to first-line therapy, virtually all patients develop resistance with short survival. Rovalpituzumab tesirine (Rova-T) is an antibody–drug conjugate targeting delta-like 3 protein (DLL3).
