Microscopic polyangiitis in a case of silica exposure: a rare presentation

A 28-year-old male was admitted for breathlessness, haemoptysis, fever and fatigue. The patient had occupational exposure to silica dust. Arterial blood gas test ABG revealed hypoxemic respiratory failure.
