Clinical and preclinical characterization of CD99 isoforms in acute myeloid leukemia

In an effort to identify target genes in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), we compared gene expression profiles between normal and AML cells from various publicly available datasets. We identified CD99, a gene that is up-regulated in AML patients.
