Abstract
Small extracellular vesicles (SEVs) offer a promising strategy for tissue regeneration, yet their short lifetime at the injured tissue limits their efficacy. Here, we show that kinetics of SEV delivery impacts tissue regeneration at tissue, cellular, and molecular levels.
