Abstract
A micelle system based on hyaluronic acid (HA)-octadecylamine (OA) conjugate (HOA) functionalized with N-acetylcysteine (NAC) was constructed to yield NAC modified HOA conjugate (NHOA) for improving oral paclitaxel (PTX) delivery (PTX-NHOA).
