Abstract
Emodin can effectively inhibit colorectal cancer cells, but the mechanism remains elusive. This study analyzed the changes of VEGFR2 signaling pathways in patients with colorectal cancer and the effects of emodin on HCT116 cells and xenograft tumor model.
