Abstract
A 6‐year‐old girl with a history of chronic immunosuppression following small bowel and colon transplantation for tufting enteropathy presented with a diffuse, facial‐predominant eruption composed of pink‐to‐skin‐colored papules with central white dystrophic spicules.
